Had the house special pho, good noodle and meat portions. Fresh in ingredients and lots of greens/onion slices. Most importantly, steaming hot authentic deep flavoured broth. The broth had a good mixture of herb and meat taste to it. The menu is very limited but since I usually only get pho, I didn't mind. The coffee was flavourful and strong, just the way I like it.
I would give this place a solid 7.5/10 -

I'd liked going to this place for almost 2 years. The soul base is good, decent price! Went again last week, but there were two long hairs inside the pho. I literally lost my appetite for it tho I was super hungry. I then talked to the waitress there, she didn't say a word nor did anything. My boyfriend ended up giving his food to me and he had a little bit of that disgusting bowl of noodles. We decided won't go back anymore.

Lesson Learned: Do not order Chinese food at a Vietnamese restaurant.
I'm sure Pho Weston knows what they're doing when it comes to Pho, Com, Bun, etc. but when it comes to other dishes on their menu, I would be careful.
I ordered Chinese take-out. Stir fried broccoli with beef, Vegetables & Tofu Chow Mien, and rice noodle rolls with grilled chicken. While the rice roll was "okay", the other dishes were horrid. They had serious issues with freshness. The broccoli had yellow spots, the beef slices were rubbery, the noodles seemed old, the fried tofu was hard and chewy! There was a random celery stalk in the stir fried noodles. It almost appeared the chef didn't know what to include in a vegetable stir fry and just tossed in whatever scraps he could find. "They won't notice or care", right? Wrong. Diners deserve quality food, and people need to know. That's why we have Yelp. Furthermore, everything was very salty.
Because of this negative experience, I won't even bother to go back to try their Vietnamese dishes. There are other excellent options for Vietnamese in Vaughan. -

Great food and large portions at a good price. The grilled dishes with rice or vermicelli are delicious and so is the rare beef pho. We will be back!

Much better pho places in this area. Broth was flavourless and salty. Portions are food. But I won't be back
